voluntary activity

Support for Club Leaders
Sport England has launched a new programme aimed at helping clubs to develop their business skills.

The programme is called Club Leaders and it offers free training and support to those doing the day-to-day running of community sport, helping create a robust, economically sustainable and enterprising club network. Sports clubs can access e-learning modules in club management on the Club Leaders workshop and also sign up for seminars. A Club Leaders Learning Bus will also be touring the country, starting by following the route of the Olympic torch.

For more information about Club Leaders and to see where the bus will be, visit: http://www.sportenglandclubleaders.com/

Have your say on how sports participation is measured
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and Sport England want your view on how sport is measured in future using the Taking Part and the Active People Surveys. For more information, visit: http://www.culture.gov.uk/consultations/9062.aspx
