Our strategic objectives

To develop a high quality and pro-active voluntary sector for the benefit of the
residents of the Dudley Borough by positively engaging partners in support of
voluntary activity

Do you access adult social care or support services in Dudley borough?

If so, an event has been organised to give you, your family members and carers a chance to share your experiences and ask questions about current and future adult social care provision.

Healthwatch Dudley has teamed up with Making it Real, a programme that will see partners in adult social care, work with local people to transform services. The vision of Making it Real is for people to have choice and control over how they receive support.  This is based on prevention, on promoting independence, better quality of life and personal budgets, this is called ‘personalisation’.

The event will provide opportunities to ask questions and to share your honest and open views of the services you receive - good or bad. You will also get the chance find out more about ‘Making It Real’ and how you can get involved.
