Wednesday 10 June – 6:30pm – Coseley Youth Centre

Dear Colleagues

Some of you may be aware of the impending changes to Dudley Youth Services as a result of the recent restructure and austerity measures and what does this mean for the young people you work with.

As a result of these changes an opportunity has arisen for organisations to submit a tender to deliver universal youth activities for young people aged 11-19. As frontline staff and volunteers you are experts by experience and as such we need to hear your concerns, ideas and aspirations for this great opportunity to really make a difference.

We would like to invite you to join us to find out more on Wednesday 10 June 2015 at Coseley Youth Centre, Old Meeting Road, VW14 8HB beginning at 6:30pm. Helen Ellis, Divisional Lead for Integrated Youth Support, will deliver a presentation and answer any questions you may have regarding both the changes and the invitation to tender. A warm welcome, refreshments and an opportunity to network from 5:30pm.

The contract is for 18 months beginning in September 2015. Click on the attached links for full details. You will note that on the tender application submissions are requested by 15th June. This has now been extended and a revised date will be publicised at this event.

Please email Nicki Burrows to confirm your attendance, ask any questions you may have or voice your opinion if you are not able to attend. Email nicki@dudleycvs.org.uk or telephone 01384 573381.
