JST has been providing specialist support services to encourage employment, training and educational wellbeing and independence for just over 4 years. JST has an excellent track record of working with people with individual needs and barriers and creating positive changes to last a lifetime. We now have a vacancy for a part-time project worker with the City deal “Working Together” initiative within Kates Hill, Dudley.

As a Project Worker you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of unemployed people living in social tenancies within Kates Hilll (Dudley)

What you will need
- A good standard of education
- Experience of working with a caseload of people living within communities and breaking down the barriers of unemployment
- Ability to work with people within communities with an inspirational approach
- Knowledge and understanding of employment, training and education initiatives, coupled with the knowledge of the support services available for people.

Part Time 15 hours a week (additional hours may be required) 52 weeks per year
Fixed Term until 31 March 2016

Salary £7800 per annum (£10 per hour)
