Our strategic objectives

To develop a high quality and pro-active voluntary sector for the benefit of the
residents of the Dudley Borough by positively engaging partners in support of
voluntary activity

Health & Social Care

In April 2013 Healthwatch Dudley became the independent consumer champion for health and social care in Dudley borough. Local healthwatch organisations are being introduced across the country as a result of new government legislation and will strengthen the collective voice of local people.
Dudley CVS was selected to deliver Healthwatch Dudley and we are excited about listening to and learning from the experience of our diverse local communities and improving health and social care services for everyone.
Healthwatch Dudley will work with volunteers and staff, local people and decision makers to influence and challenge how local services are delivered. A network of information hubs and hotspots will also start to spring up around the borough providing information and help with how to make good health and social care choices. To find out more or if you would like to find out about volunteering opportunities, E-mail: hello@healthwatchdudley.co.uk
A brand new telephone helpline is coming but for now please contact Healthwatch Dudley on: 01384 267427, follow us on Twitter @HWDudley, or visit: http://healthwatchdudley.co.uk/
